Simple, by Design
The screens for the operators are designed with ease of use in mind. The system can be used in any circumstance: online or offline, with scanning or without. Any Android device would do: phone, tablet or scanner.
Immediate Feedback
Users interact directly with SAP simply through their scanning devices. If the app has access directly to SAP then they will work with a live link to SAP Business One. If they do not, fear not – they can still use it via cloud or go completely offline and still work until signal is available.
Lightweight
No special requirements are required to run scan4sap pro. All the “heavy” operations are done on the server side so that the scanners are kept light as a feather.
Always ON
The system can allow operators to work in any conditions as it automatically chooses the best connection between: direct-to-SAP, direct-to-Cloud or Offline. Just keep working, uninterrupted.
Clarity
Benefit from clarity from a system that was designed for SAP Business One and not as a good-for-all wrench. The same naming convention and document references are used throughout.
Modules
Modules as standard: Goods Receipt PO, Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Transfer Request, Inventory Transfer, Transfer Request to Inventory Transfer, Stock Counting, Issue for Production, Receipt from Production, Pick, Pack and Shop Floor. Works with warehouses managed by bins or unmanaged; products managed by batches, serials or none. Recognizes any barcode captured in SAP against the product or the bin, automatically.
Learns from you
The system becomes increasingly faster as it is used more and more. It learns what are the most used products, locations, operations and pre-loads data. When an operator needs the data, scan4sap doesn’t even go to the database. Already has the answer. And, just shows it.
